Depending on what source you look at - between 25 and 70% of digital projects fail to deliver on expectations. I don't know about you - but that is scary. It leads to a lot of disappointed clients, agencies and consultants. We don't talk about it enough!
Let's get some discussion started!
So my question is...What are the top three things that you feel contribute to a successful project?
Mine are:
Great project management - client and agency side - is critical and easily overlooked
A client that is digitally ready: culturally, strategically and financially
Working together, client and agency/consultant, collaboratively and openly.
So - I guess my three top reasons a digital project fails is when the above don't happen.
What are yours? What makes a project fail?
